        Re-Purchase of Second Quality Rails (R65-R50)
        Dear Sir,
        
        Having been given to understand there is good volume of Second Quality Rails HMs-1 for
        sale in your custody.
        We are interested to purchase the same and would like to submit as hereunder
        
        1.We offer our best price of USD 300/- per MT CIF Chittagong Sea Port of Bangladesh, 
        quantity of 500000 MT.total amount USD 15000000000 we interested (Chittagong port) of Bangladesh.
        
        2.We need SGS inspection before loading of the goods.
        
        3.Above price are inclusive of any local taxes, loading, transportation and shipment
        of material up to port of destination (Sea Port Chittagong).
        
        4.We are ready to make deposit security amount USD 24000  and lift the material quantity specified
        for export.
        
        5.We also request you arrange a mutual agreement and your commitment to supply the
        quantities allotted to us.
        
        6.This LOI will be effective and valid once you confirm the availability of material
        with current photograph and port loading .
        
        7.Kindly confirm your payment terms and condition return.
        
        We would request you to acknowledge this LOI and provide us facilities for inspection
        of the material and will proceed in this subject once you confirm the details in 
        writing
