    3-Supply will be from one of Saudi ports to Sea port Chittagong, Bangladesh
    4-Maximum Monthly delivery is 4,20,000 tons
    5-lengts of rails between 2 to 18 ms
    6-Prices and payments
         Prices as follow
        
        Quantity Rate USD/Ton
        Minimum Contract -1.000.000 Tons, rate per MT USD 300
         This price is (CIF) includes KSA VAT ,All internal Bank Fees ,Shipping insurance and fright to final
        destination (Sea Port Chittagong).
         Contracting procedures as follow:
             Buyer to issue acceptance letter for the prices, terms & conditions mentioned in this
            letter
             issuance of commercial invoice:
            Buyer shall be pay BDT 150, 0000 lakh deposit for guarantee valid for 15 days from issuance date. OR
            Buyer shall be pay  BDT 300, 0000 lakh deposit for guarantee valid for 30days from issuance date
            This commercial invoice shall be used by buyer for opening LC purposes and value shall
            be deducted from total contract value
            
             Buyer shall issue LC from an acceptance bank, confirmed MT-700 At sight, equal to 5%
            of the contract value, Valid for the contract duration, draft of LC to be sent from buyer
            to seller bank for review and acceptance, the buyer is committed to buy the whole
            quantity of second quality rail mentioned in the contract and LC MT-700
             In parallel to opening of LC a contract shall be prepared and signed between buyer and
            seller including all technical speces,shipping terms conditions
             In return, seller shall issue Bank guarantee of 10% of total contract value as a
            performance gurantee,shall be considered as a penalty on seller in case of non
            –execution or delay of delivery.Thi BG shall be issued after receiving of LC MT-700
             by seller bank
             Buyer shall pay each shipment value once shipped from seller port,and this shall be
            continued till 90% of total contract quantity is shipped,remaining 10% shall be covered
            from the LC MT-700
